Getting Fit & Loving Life

For many of us, it's a struggle to get & stay fit. Add two small kids to the mix and it's a real battle. This is my place to document my journey and hold myself accountable.... and share the random joys in life too. :)

I started running when my second child was 4 months old and completed my first 5k he was 6 months old. (April 2010) I never EVER thought I would run a 5k. It was such an awesome sense of accomplishment! I can't wait to do it again. A friend has challenged me to run a 1/2 marathon with him... Yikes!

The Magic Bullet mug attachments are perfect for making my hot BodyByVi Chai Tea Latte “shake”. I use my Keurig to brew a Chai Tea Latte right into the Magic Bullet mug, add two scoops of the BBV shake mix into the tea, screw in the blender attachment, blend and the remove the blender attachment and replace it with the lid ring thingy (technical term)… Voila!! Easy and delicious!!!
